potted annuals
astrantia
pink knautia blooms and a tiny orange poppy hiding in the back
columbine
guardian of the garden
I love how the orange potentilla has woven itself around the blue lupine. that's golden sage in the foreground, and the bricks and stepping stones are in my neighbor's yard.
looking out my front door. the huge thing with white flowers is an herb...valerian, I think. there's a lily on the right just about to bloom, and the rose campion in front of the maple has one or two blossoms open, which will soon become a sea of bright pink.

All looking great! I’d like to plant some strawberries next year. We’ve (so far) gotten 3 boxes (pints) of them in our CSA box and they are heavenly.
